This 100% acrylic paint is virtually odourless and can be easily applied over previously painted surfaces in good condition, without a primer. This durable paint is available in two sheens the washable Dead Flat and scrubbable Eggshell. Both are high hiding and have an above average coverage (500 - 600 square feet per gallon).

Dead Flat Sheen
The durable DEAD FLAT sheen allows for an unrivaled rich colour depth and also can help hide surface imperfections. This no-sheen look mimics the old fashioned distempers and milk paints of the past and are much sought after by designers and homeowners alike. Unlike the common flat paints on the market this 100% acrylic dead flat finish resists marking and is completely washable . It can be used throughout your home.Please note that some colours may appear darker due to the flatness of the sheen.

Eggshell Sheen
Produces a subtle, soft, eggshell sheen. This durable finish is highly scrubbable which makes it ideal for kitchen & bathroom walls, doors, and trim.

TIP: This product only needs primer when covering brand new drywall (including drywall compound and plasters) OR old high-gloss oil paint.

Clean Up: Soap & water

Surface preparation: Remove any dirt, oil, grease or wax from an old latex surface by washing with T.S.P. and rinse thoroughly prior to painting (in this case only, no primer required). Use latex primer on new plaster or brand new drywall. Use our alkyd based primer on metal, new or old wood, old oil paint or unknown glossy surfaces, brick or cinderblock.

Application: Stir paint and apply when room temperature is between 10-30 C and relative humidity is 50% or lower. Dries in 1 hour. If a second coat is needed, wait 4 hours. Wait 30 days before washing, so that the paint is fully cured.

CAUTION: Keep out of the reach of children. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep out of eyes, may cause irritation. If contact with eyes occurs , rinse well with warm water for 20 minutes. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
