Varnish

An oil-based urethane with a durable, clear satin finish. Perfect as a sealant for crackled or milk painted projects and bare or stained wood. This hard wearing, maintenance free, interior finish is ideal for areas requiring extra protection. Also used to protect heavy traffic wood flooring, tabletops, cabinetry or projects such as floorcloths.

• For new wood or refinishing such areas as floors, kitchen cabinetry, furniture, doors, table tops, etc.
• While enhancing the beauty of your wood, this durable finish resists water, food stains, alcohol, grease and detergents.
• Surface Preparation: the sound surface must be clean, dry and free dust, oil, wax, soap or old finish. Not to be used on shellac, lacquer, vinyl, asphalt tile or latex varnish
• STIR VERY WELL. DO NOT SHAKE.
• Application: Use brush, short nap roller or spray to apply evenly. Avoid air bubbles. At temperatures of 20Degrees Celsius and 50% relative humidity, wait 4 hours before lightly sanding with very fine sandpaper or 0000 steel wool. Dust thoroughly prior to second coat ( a tack cloth is helpful). Cures in 24 hours.

• COVERAGE: Approximately 60 square feet.
• CAUTION: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from sources if ignition.
